Do I need to already have a life insurance license?
No. Licensed agents are welcome, but motivated beginners can apply too. If accepted, you will be guided on the licensing process for your state before you can sell.
Is this hourly or salary?
No. This is an independent 1099, commission-based opportunity. Income depends on licensing, effort, skill development, consistency, market conditions, and production.
Do I have to buy leads?
Lead strategy depends on your situation. You should be comfortable investing back into your business over time if you want to scale, but you will be shown how to approach leads and follow-up properly.
